We manufacture consumable inserts in number of shapes, styles and classes. The insert material too depends on application; The details of some common are given in the following table :- Refer catalog Materials Class (Shape) Recommended Applications 
Group A : C-Mn steel ER70S - 2 (IN MS 1) 1(Inverted "I" and "A") For joints with specific, matching tolerances of pipes ID levels and land. Useful for Nuclear piping / Critical applications.
Group C : Stainless Steel 308L, 310, 312, 316L, 347 3 & 5 (U) 
Group E : Nickel and Nickel Alloys 4 (V) For joint with less rigid fit up requirements. Useful for small and large diameter pipes. For Pipes beveled to 37.5° angle and no land Y type inserts permits economic joint preparations and greater fit up tolerance. Useful for Nuclear piping and other field fit up Style A Coiled Insert 16 m. - long wound on 300 mm dia rim. Style B Prefabricated rings. Open Lap Joint. Style C Prefabricated rings Open Butt Joint.
