The Technokit 2000 torch system is a specialized welding torch designed for manual application of tungsten carbide composite ropes like Technodur® and Technosphere®. Technokit® 2000 comes complete with a powder feeding system which uses the simultaneous spray-fuse technique.Engineered for precision and ease of use, this torch provides controlled and consistent heating, allowing welders to accurately position and bond the carbide rope to a wide variety of substrates.

The torch is ergonomically designed with a durable ceramic nozzle, ensuring resistance to high temperatures and spatter. Its configuration facilitates smooth feeding of the rope and supports a clean, continuous weld bead. The Technokit 2000 torch is compatible with oxy-acetylene and oxy-propane gas systems, offering flexibility in different industrial environments.
